I was honored to be invited for the exclusive SK-II Whitening Solution Launch at Tangs Orchard Plaza today.

To kick start the launch, there was a SK-II fashion show showcasing the latest SK-II Smart Whitening range and also specially designed bag and umbrella by SK-II spokesperson, celebrity model and faithful user, QiQi.

Jamie Yeo was the compere for the event. I met Andy Lee the makeup artist and we exchanged our excitement on the new SK-II Smart Whitening Range. The event was attended by Magazines editors, beauty writers and journalists.

After the fashion show, SK-II professional trainer ,Cheong demonstrated to us the wonder of SKII Smart Whitening Solutions. Firstly, she cleanses the model’s skin using SKII cleansing oil, whitening source Clear lotion, Sk-II Best Seller – SK-II facial treatment essence affectionately known as Miracle water . Next she applied the multi-award winning SK-II Whitening Source DermDefinition.

Next, Cheong placed the film pieces from Whitening Source Derm-Revival Program on the areas of spot concerns. Each disc of the smart melting film, which dissolves in only 15 minutes, contains as much Vitamin B3 as 7 pearl-sized drops of the Whitening Source DermDefinition. After 15 minutes, the Whitening film round spot has gradually disappeared as our skin absorbs the essence. The model looked instantly fairer !

Then she applied SK-II latest whitening derma mask on her. The mask contains DMT Blocker – an advanced complex containing Vitamin C derivative, Pitera® and Niacin amide; Inositol, a skin conditioning agent; and yeast amino peptide – key to encouraging the release of excess pigmentation from the skin to restore the skin’s crystal clarity.

As the mask could only be removed in 15 minutes, Cheong demonstrated how effective the Derm- Revival Program is.

Cheong cut a apple into half. She then placed a SKII whitening patch on one side and left the other side untouched, This is akin to our face. Within minutes, the right side side with SK-II microfilm patch remains clear and translucent and the untreated apple had turned brown ! Imagine how our face will look if we left spots untreated.

After removing the mask, she apply SK-II Whitening Source Derma-Renewal Essence, Derm Brightener and Dermdefinition UV Lotion and Transform Foundation on the model.

Next I attended Dior More Addict Private Event at Isetan Scotts.

The highlight was on Dior’s latest Pro Face Creator in a signature Dior golden carnage case. This fabulous kit consists of a shading powder, blusher, concealer and highlighting powder, together with a Backstage Mini Cheek Brush and a Backstage Concealer/Highlighter Applicator.

The Pro Eye Creator is in a signature Dior gun-metallic silver carnage case. This wonderful kit consists of a choice of Dior’s highly popular 5-colour Eye shadow Palettes/5-Color Iridescent Eye shadow Palette and most sellable Dior Iconic mascara with a Backstage Eyeshadow Brush M.

Dior Make Up Artiste, Christopher demonstrated on Rebecca, the lovely Canadian model. First he used the Pro Face Creator kit. He applied the highlighting powder and used the concealer on areas which requires coverage.

Next, he uses Dior latest 5 Colour Designer eyeshadow to enhance Rebecca’s eyebrow and eyes.

Using Dior best seller, the Iconic mascara that helps to lift, lengthen and curls the lashes without using an eye lash cyrler to create more defined lashes.

Christopher uses Dior highly popular Skin Flash to highlight Rebecca’s face. Then he uses the shading powder from Pro Face Creator kit to shade the side of Rebecca’s face before applying the blusher.Finally he uses the lip neutralizer to neutralize Rebecca’s lips before applying the beautiful spring lip color on Rebecca.

DIOR ADDICT FEVER SHOWCASE & LADY DIOR 2009 SPRING COLLECTION

Dior Fever Collection was launched at Tangs Orchard. Dior and Cozycot invited me to the launch of Dior Addict High Color showcasing the latest lip products and the latest Lady Dior 2009 Spring collection.

The star of the collection is this Lady Dior Radiant Couture Palette for face, cheeks and lips. The chic compact with "Cannage" stitching and Dior logo letters features a complexion highlighter and a creamy tint for both cheeks and lips. Its so handy and chic. Available in Parisienne Chic and French Chic

Dior International Make up Artise, Siti showed us how to create a beautiful spring look using Dior latest spring collection

The model of the night was Natalie, a beautiful Irish Model. After applying foundation, loose powder, defining Natalie’s eyebrow, Siti used the latest Spring Dior 5 colors eye shadows on Natelie.

Siti also used the best selling Dior Iconic mascara. Its helps to curl, lengthen and add volume to your lashes without the need of an eyelash culer. Natalie looked really lovely with Dior Spring 2009 Collection.

The highlight of the launch was the new Dior Addict high colour lip neutralizer to neutralize different lip tones to reveal a true lip color. Hence if you use a lovely pink, it would show true to the colour regardless of the natural colour of our lips.

To illustrate this, Siti chose 2 person, which is Lim and myself to try the lip neutralizer and also the latest Dior spring lip colurs. Voila, the colors really remain true to the colors in the tube irrardlessly of the colour of Natalie, Lim or my lips.

Juicy Couture finally opened their flagship store in Singapore. Juicy fans eagerly snapped up Juicy pieces at the opening and it was so crowded. Never mind about the higher price compare to U.S.A, you get the Juicy Couture Princessy feel here !
