The Halia Restaurant at Singapore Botanic Gardens rings in Christmas festive gastronomy with exclusive signature Christmas a la carte menu comprising six seasonal dishes created by newly appointed Chef de Cuisine, Reynaldo Arriola and a Christmas Day Mega-Brunch Affair featuring traditional classics, seasonal creations and an endless flow of wines and sparkling wines till 31st December 2011.

The Halia Christmas Day Mega-Brunch Affair
The Christmas Day Mega-Brunch is a family affair with an extensive spread of over 40 items on the menu. Besides carving stations featuring turkey and lamb classics and “live” stations for pastas, Pink Peppercorn Crusted Yellow Fin Tuna with Salsa Verde, Rangers Valley Wagyu Round Roast with Wholegrain Mustard and Mushroom Jus and the Pumpkin Pie with Ginger Butter Scotch.
The Christmas Day Mega-Brunch is priced at $88++ per adult, $108++ per adult with and endless flow of wines and sparkling wines. Children aged 10 years and below will be charged at $38++.
