Singapore popular seafood restaurant No Signboard’s White Pepper Crab and Chilli Crab signature dishes continues its legacy with revamped menu at the all new Esplanade waterfront view outlet, opposite Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park.

No Signboard Seafood signage in gold against natural Japanese wood contrast entrance and marble furnishing with cream decor sets the mood for sophisticated dining in the restaurant and private rooms.

Diners could catch a glimpse of the chefs in action through the gold frame kitchen wall window in the main restaurant hall.

No Signboard seafood restaurant refreshes its dining experience with a new revamped menu, combining the best of Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisines, alongside with its signature White Pepper Crab and Chilli Crabs, with Alaska King Crab or Sri Lanka Crabs.

Try Wagyu Beef Cube in Sichuan Style, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Cherries, Japanese Uni with Oba Leaf Tempura or No Signboard Kitchen Shanghai menu - Marinated Seasonal Hairy Crab in Shanghainese Style, Heirloom Beetroot Foie Gras, Glazed Australia Tomatoes Stuffed with Crispy Mushroom Salad and Braised Cabbage with Chestnut in Saffron Sauce.

At the media tasting, we tried No Signboard seafood set menu consisting of a selection of signature and popular dishes.

Petite Abalone & Scallop with Yam Nest is decadent with each bite into the crispy yam nest with whole scallop base and mini abalone topping, offering the best of seafood delicacy.

Grilled till perfection with a crisp crust and firm texture, The Grilled Portobello Mushroom is a twist from the usual style.

The Chef Recommended Deep Fried Butter Prawns is fresh with a hint of buttery fragrant.

No Signboard White Pepper Sri Lanka Crab with Korean Rice Vermicelli is the star of the set menu.

Cooked with No SignBoard signature secret traditional white pepper recipe, it marries a light lingering peppery taste with the freshness of the crab meat, where every bite is a joy. The Korean Rice vermicelli soaked up the essence of the crab and pepper gravy while the spring onions adds a crunch to the dish.

The Wagyu Beef Cubes in Sichuan Style is presented beautifully with edible flowers and tasty beef. It could be a bit too spicy but if you do love your spices, you will enjoy the Sichuan spiciness.
