MEN’S FASHION WEEK SINGAPORE 2012 K-POP / J-POP / DESIGNERS / CELEBRITIES AT MARINA BAY SANDS + SPENCER HART / SONGZIO / MCM GALA SHOWS

The prestigious Men’s Fashion Week Singapore 2012 at Marina Bay Sands from 18th to 22nd April with a renowned showcase of stellar international, regional and local fashion designers with their spectacular collection is set to create another phenomenal success with a global impact in the world’s 8th top-ranking fashion capital.

Organized by Fide Productions Pte Ltd, Men's Fashion Week Singapore 2012 presents  with The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands as a returning Title Sponsor. Aptly themed the Music and Men’s Fashion Week (or M²FW) edition, guests will experience a fusion of sartorial elegance and rhythmic beats for the exceptional showcase.

Heavyweight international celebrities – Daniel Henney, together with Hong Kong actors and singers Shawn Yue and Ron Wu will grace Men’s Fashion Week Singapore Closing show.

J-Popstars and models like Tanihara Shosuke, Yuna Ito, Kamiji Yusuke, and K-pop chartoppers talented eye candies, actors, models and singers like Se7en, Lee Soo Hyuk, Sung Hoon, Heo Min Ho, Royal Pirates, 8Eight, Lee Tae Hwan, Kim Han Soo,  Sungha Jung, Megan Lee adds endless glamour. 

Men's Fashion Week  2012 kick start yesterday with a cocktail reception, followed by two Opening Fashion Shows with Designers Nick Hart and SongZio.

 

South Korean pop singer, Se7en, Korean actor, Sung Hoon and singer-songwriter Yuna Ito, celebrity aesthetic doctor Dr Georgia Lee and husband Dr Chris Ipyam, socialites Emily Hwang and Chang Yu Lan were among the 700 guests present.

Highly coveted Saville Row British Bespoke Label Spencer Hart is a smart dapper collection by Nick Hart, the desired choice of  Hollywood A-listers, actors and musicians like David Beckham,Robbie Williams, Pierce Brosnan,Orlando Bloom, P.Diddy, Kate Bosworth, Matthew Williamson,  Benedict Cumberbatch.

 

The ever-talented Nick Hart was also the guest deejay for Men's Fashion Week Singapore 2012 Opening Party.

Spencer Hart Menswear Collection of aesthetic clean and signature luxury suits with exquisite tailoring showcases its iconic red carpet looks seen at the most chi chi 69th Golden Globe Awards and 84th Annual Academy Awards 2012.

Featuring Spencer Hart first ever runway debut show with  specially designs exclusive fabrics and colours for created for Men’s Fashion Week Singapore 2012, the collection drew loud applause from the guests.

The Songzio Fall/Winter 2012 Paris Men's Collection is a sophisticated combination of violet, frosty beige, brown and Ink blue with his classic designs signature pitch black colour  for a surrealistic whimsical feel, as seen on top Korean supermodels, Lee Soo Hyuk, Kim Han Soo, Lee Tae Hwan, Heo Min Ho as well as Japanese actor, Tanihara Shosuke.

Wool, lambskin,  suede velvet, jersey, felt light yarn knit are some of the type of fabric used for the collection.

Korean fashion labels Beyond Closet, Vandal, Resurrection, D.GNAK and General Idea is slotted for Men’s Fashion Week Singapore Day 2 with handsome talented Se7en to perform.

Diet Butcher Slim Skin by Hisashi Fukatami, Jun Hashimoto, Pascal Donquino and Factotum will showcase on Day 3 with Japanese artistes H Zett M and Kamiji Yusuke plus American-born Japanese-Korean, Yuna Ito.

Reckless Ericka, the sole Singapore representative, alongside with International brands - Bodybound (UK), Alexis Mabille (France), Casely Hayford (UK), Matthew Miller (UK) and Richard Chai (US). will present on DAY 5 of MFW Singapore where Royal Pirates (Korea), BIE (Thailand) and Eli T (Singapore) will perform.

Luxury brand MCM (Germany) Closing Night Charity Gala will showcase an extravagant  collection of 80 amazing outfits, bags, shoes  and accessories and special celebrity appearances, performance by Eli T (Singapore) and the highly-anticipated MFW Singapore 2012 Closing Party.
