Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream with waffles and chocolate fondue sauce. I like how the chocolate sauce ‘freezes’ upon contact with the cold ice cream and the chocolate sauce remains warm and runny on the waffles.
Mouthwatering Chinese New Year goodies like Pineapple Tartlets, Love Letters, Lotus and Red Date Candies, Almond Cookies, Lotus Seed Candies, Walnut Cookies, Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls in Red Bean Soup, Durian Nian Gao with Bak Kua, Traditional Egg Tartlets and Eight Treasures Soup are part of the popular spread.
