Samuel, my Personal Acceleration Trainer who is certified by POWER PLATE® International first handed me a questionnaire to find out more about my lifestyle, exercise and health habits. Next, he asked what are my concerns so that he could customize a training regime that is suited for me to help achieve the body that i have always wanted.
