Jumbo Seafood famous chilli and black pepper crab paste retail pack were launched officially at Singapore Food Festival 2011 last Friday. Jumbo Fans will be able to whip up these tasty award-winning flavours effortlessly just with a pack of savoury paste and crabs from the comfort of their homes.
Group Executive Chef Ng Chong Guan had specially formulated the retail paste and adhered to their stringent standards of taste and quality with simple instructions and illustrations to conjure Jumbo Seafoodʼs famous Chilli and Black Pepper Crabs in minutes. This will be an instant hit with Singaporeans studying/working overseas as well as the perfect gifts for visitors to Singapore and their friends in reminiscent of Singapore Food.
Apart from using crabs, the yummy paste can be use with any shellfish, including prawns and lobsters to bring out the flavoursome sauce Chilli or Black Pepper spice.
Chef Ng will be demonstrating live at the Singapore Food Festival Village on both weekends (16,17,23,24 July) at 7pm. Pick up some cooking tips and Jumbo Seafood’s Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce and Black Pepper Crab Spice retail packs at $8 a box or S$7 a box for purchase of 2 to 9 boxes and at only S$6 per box for purchases of 10 box and more.
