SHU UEMURA X TSUMORI CHISATO CHRISTMAS COLLECTION

Tsumori Chisato for Shu Uemura Christmas Collection is a much awaited collection. The dreamy whimsical galaxy design with cool cat set lots of heart fluttering. In fact, on the first day of launch in Japan, the collection was sold out in a few hours !

I attend the Tsumori Chisato X Shu Uemura Christmas Collection Members party at Tangs Orchard. Sophia, Shu Uemura Make Up Artist demonstrated the use of the Christmas Collection on the model.

Sophia used the Duo Colour highlighter Stardust ($90) and the Planet Ribbon Palette ($130) to create a sweet natural look for the model.

Sophia used white as the highlighter and the pink, lilac and the gold in the middle and the brown on the lash line from the Ribbon Palette.

A quick dust on the under eye and Sophia used the popular Shu Uemura Curler to lift the lashes.

Sophia shared that a typical Japanese lady uses 2 types of mascara for their eye makeup daily. Sophia chose Venus ($45), a pretty pink lipstick  flattering on most skin tones on the model.

Finally Sophia use the lashes to complete the look.

If you had missed the Cath Kidston Mook a couple of months back, there are reshipment of the Mook at Kinokuniya Ngee Ann City. It retails at $34.10 and there were about 20 copies left.

I was invited to Make Up Store Baby Doll Launch at Paragon. The Baby Doll collection was inspired by shades of pink, black and strass.
           

Geraldine, the make up artist demonstrated the latest Baby Doll look on a guest. After setting the base makeup, Geraldine used Make Up Store Eye Primer before using the pink eye shadows from the Baby Doll Collection.

Geraldine applied the black gel liner on the upper and lower lash line.Next she uses the new pink gloss and strazz for the complete look.
