Hairloom and Caramel last weekend, Julyen demonstrated how to use L’Oreal HIP Eyeshadows. Julyen mentioned that L’Oreal HIP is very intense and have good colour payoff and encourages us to mix and match the colours. The technique is pick up the colour and press the eyeshadow with your brush for more intensity.
