The professional formula used in the Brow Wax Wand cannot be removed with water. For any residue left on skin, apply the same strip over skin. Do not attempt to scrub off wax residue with water.

It is advisable to do a test patch on a small area of your skin that is to be waxed, approximately 24 hours before use to ensure that no skin irritation occurs. As skin conditions change due to hormonal or environmental factors, this should be done before every treatment.
