ANDY LAU | SAMMI CHENG IN SINGAPORE FOR BLIND DETECTIVE MOVIE GALA PREMIERE RWS

Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng arrived in Singapore for new movie Blind Detective Movie Gala Premiere held at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). The Hong Kong Superstars silver screen couple partnered for new romantic thriller and sang the theme song for Blind Detective 盲探 movie directed by renowned Hong Kong film-maker Johnnie To.

Blind Detective 盲探 debuted at Cannes Film Festival 2013 last month to much fan fare as it had been nine years since Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng starred as an on screen couple together, after popular box office hits like Yesterday Once More, Love On A Diet and Needing You.

Sammi and Andy are on Blind Detective movie promotional tour and met the press and fans in Beijing, Shanghai and now Singapore.

Sammi Cheng plays Ho Ka Tong, a police officer and Andy plays Blind detective Johnston in the police thriller and whirl wind romance story, which took 2 years to film.

Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng have a natural chemistry that no other stars could boast, it was unanimous to everyone present.

Andy and Sammi mesmerized the crowd with their mega watt smiles and reminded in a parting shot that Blind Detective will be released at Golden Village Cinemas on July 4th in Singapore.

Sammi Cheng and Andy Lau Hong Kong stars in Blind Detective directed by award winning film-maker Johnnie To and will open in Hong Kong, and Singapore cinemas on July 4, China on July 11 and Taiwan on July 26.
