This Christmas Holiday Season, explore Shanghai Tang’s Mongolian Village and experience a truly unique festive shopping at the  spectacular winter wonderland on the rooftop of Hong Kong Central Pier 4,  at Victoria harbour front. 

 

A landscape series of authentic, beautiful Mongolian Gers - a large event tent with outdoor harbour front atrium space within the village will retail limited edition Mongolian Collection as festive gift choices and signature Shanghai Tang products including ready-to-wear for women, men and children, to accessories, fragrances and home wares from 4 November to 31 December, 2011.

 

The Shanghai Tang Mongolian Ger tents are creative Pop-Up Stores  prior to the opening of its new multistorey lifestyle retail Shanghai Mansion flagship store in Spring 2012.

 

The Shanghai Tang Imperial Tailoring Ger tent will present the latest exquisite Chinese haute couture collection and continue to offer bespoke tailoring services to welcome the Chinese New Year of the Dragon in style.

Esteemed guests of Shanghai Tang and its partners will also be invited to a series of unforgettable events under the stars with VIP dinners and cocktail parties hosted within The Chairman’s Ger.

The specular village is also available for private events, hosting an unforgettable dinner party for 60, or a cocktail party for 250 complete with Chinggis Khan Premier Mongolian vodka.

VERSACE FOR H&M RUNWAY SHOW AT NEW YORK HUDSON RIVER

Donatella Versace and H&M celebrated the launch of Versace for H&M in New York at a specially designed building decorated in true Versace style  on the famed Hudson River.

Uma Thurman, Sofia Coppola, Blake Lively, Chace Crawford, Jessica Alba, Jennifer Hudson, Alexander Wang, Linda Evangelista, Emma Roberts and Selma Blair were among the celebrity guests who walked the Red Carpet and watched Versace’s collection for H&M Fashion Runway Show on the gold catwalk.

“I think it is so exciting for Versace to made available to everyone. The collection is cool, colourful, young and very hip. I can’t wait to see the show,” said Uma Thurman.


“I am such a fan of Versace. The fits for a woman’s body are incredible. I’m also a huge fan of H&M. To have Versace at H&M is the best,” said Blake Lively


Versace’s for H&M Collection, alongside with some special iconic pieces created just for this exclusive runway show were worn by top models such as Abbey Lee, Daphne G, Natasha Poly, Sean O’pry and Lindsay Wixson.

The outfits showcased on the catwalk were from the iconic Versace for H&M collection, which brings together different styles from the Versace archive.

Versace for H&M features iconic pieces for women as draped metal mesh dresses, silk-crêpe dresses with gold buttons, multi-coloured panel print dresses and the classic Versace studded leather jacket.

Versace for H&M for men - sharp suits, printed sweaters and print shirts, and studded leather jackets and trousers.

The glamourous show was followed by an after party which featured exclusive performances by Donatella Versace’s special guests, Prince and Nicki Minaj.
