In conjunction with Singapore Food Festival and Singapore Heritage Festival,a modified truck named Nonya Mobile made its way around town. Featuring Peranakan Cooking Demonstration and traditional food crafts of weaving Bak Chang rice dumplings, forming Pineapple Tarts, Pounding Sambal Belacan and Cracking Buah Keluak Nuts , visitors are invited to try their hands at the food crafts.
